After more than a decade in Asia as an ex-pat, he returned to Melbourne and founded CRE Success to help commercial real estate firms develop their people and grow their revenue. His firm provides speaking, training, and leadership coaching in Asia Pacific and North America.

Darren also equips commercial real estate professionals with client attraction and retention systems to save time, earn more and be top performers in their market.
