Geetika Casmon is a finance professional, auditor, and Certified Public Accountant. She has a background in leading financial audits and process improvements in the automotive, manufacturing, and banking industries. In addition, Geetika helps organize the Chicago Multifamily Club monthly meetings.

Joe Fairless controls over $700M in apartment communities across the U.S. & consults multiple investors on real estate investing. Joe is an Advisor for Casmon Capital Group, aiding with acquisitions, due diligence, and management. He is the host of the popular show, "Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever" where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.
